Harbor’s new My Account view.

Harbor has been striving to meet our new motto – Always about the Customer. In doing so, we announce the launch of our new BillCenter. In a nutshell, the features of BillCenter are:
  • Ability to View Your Account Balance
  • Ability to View Your Tickets and Ticket updates
  • Live Chat with Customer Service
  • View and Download Statements
  • View Your Payment History
  • Set up Autopay
  • View and download CDRs
  • Create specialized reports about your call history
  • Change Your Billing Email
If you have not received an email from us, we may not have updated information. Be sure to get in touch with us to update your account so that you can enjoy all of these new features. We remain dedicated to bringing our customers new and innovative features to make your lives easier and to ensure that every experience with our company is a good one. If you are looking for the sign in to your BillCenter, click My Accounts in the navigation bar and click the “My Harbor Account” link. If you do not have an online account yet, please contact us and we will work to provide you with your accounts registration code to help you get set up. Lastly, if you are looking for the pay your bill function, it has moved to the My Account view to help assist in giving an accurate display of your payment history.

Often times, our users have difficulty keeping all of this new information in their heads after just one sitting. We strive to provide customers with information when and how they need it. To better assist our customers and to allow some of the information to trickle in at your own pace, we provide additional training and answers right here, on our website, under Support.

Today, we announce the addition of a virtual training for our iTalk Gen 2 platform. This guide is to allow you to fully navigate the phone and follow along at your own pace.
